How can I get started?
Please
click the buy button to initial checkout. Once the payment is made, you will receive a slack
invite to the email that you used for purchase. That will connect you to the designer and
project manager at Muffins. After that you will receive an invite to the project tracker. Where
you can start posting your requests and they will be taken care of, one by one.
How does the unlimited
design requests work?
With our
subscription service, you can submit as many design requests as you want. We work on one request
at a time, ensuring each task gets the attention it deserves. After one task is completed, we
immediately start on your next request. All tasks are tracked on a Trello board which you’re
invited to immediately after signing up.
What design services are
covered in the subscription?
Our
subscription covers a broad range of design services including UI/UX design for web and mobile
applications, website design, landing pages, branding, 3D illustrations, vector illustrations,
and motion design. If you have a specific requirement that isn't listed, please get in
touch with us.
How long does it take to
get my designs?
Custom
design turnaround time depends on the complexity of the task. Once you add a task we’ll review
and append an estimated timeframe for approval before we get started. The average turn around
time is 2 business days per task
Can I make revisions to
my designs?
Absolutely! Your satisfaction is our priority, and that means making sure you get the design you
envisioned. All our plans include unlimited revisions so you can tweak and perfect your design.
How does the billing
work?
We offer
a simple, multi-tiered subscription service. Your card will be charged each month from the day
you subscribe. There are no hidden fees or extra charges. Bank transfer options are available
for the quarterly and semiannual plans. We also accept crypto payments.
